Vivo just launched a new phone called V30 Lite, and it’s a bit different from their usual way of naming phones. They previously named phones like V29, V27, and V25 with odd numbers. But this time, they changed it up, and the V30 Lite is the first in the V-series to have an even number in its name.
Design and display:
The V30 Lite has a big 6.67-inch screen that’s super clear and smooth with its 120Hz display. It’s really bright, too, going up to 1,150 nits. This phone has cool extras like a fingerprint sensor on the screen, protection against dust and water, NFC, and can connect to 5G. It’s slim, just 7.69mm thick, and not too heavy at around 190 grams. You can pick it up in either black forest or rose gold colours.
Internals and software:
The V30 Lite has a powerful Snapdragon 695 chip inside, along with a big 12 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage for all your stuff. It runs on the FuntouchOS 13, which is based on Android 13. However, Vivo hasn’t told us how many updates it will get in the future.
Cameras Specifications:
If you love taking pictures, you’ll really like the V30 Lite’s camera. It has a main camera with 64 megapixels and something called Optical Image Stabilization to make your photos clear. There’s also an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, a 2-megapixel depth sensor, and a fantastic 50-megapixel front camera for great selfies. The back camera setup even has a cool circular flash called Aura Light to make your photos look even better.
Battery and Pricing:
The V30 Lite has a big battery of 4,800 mAh and can charge super fast with its 44W charging. However, It costs about $530 in Mexico, but we don’t know yet when it will be available in other parts of the world.
