Rising Petrol prices in Pakistan Cause People to Shift to Public Transport
Pakistan has seen three major Petrol prices increase since May 20, 2022. Prices for petrol and diesel exceed Rs. 230 / liter and Rs. 260 / liter respectively, causing motorists in a few major cities to switch to public transportation.
