Prime Minister Imran Khan on Tuesday announced a 15 percent increase in the salaries of Frontier Corps FC and Rangers workers. PM Imran Khan on Tuesday visited Naushki to pay tribute to security officials who fired a terrorist attack on FC headquarters and announced they would increase Ranger and FC staff salaries by 15 percent. Moreover, the Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa was also present at the event.

“I wanted to pay tribute to our security personnel who destroyed the terrorist attacks,” he said while speaking to security officials in Nushki and said he wanted to convey the message that the whole nation is standing behind them. He said Pakistani soldiers had fought terrorism in difficult times and protected the lives of innocent people while donating their own.
Country’s armed forces for their performance
He said, “I am in Naushki today to give the soldiers the message that the whole nation stands with them,” and he praised the military for their role in the war on terror and said that how they fought and defended the country in “difficult times” was incomparable. He added that there are no other defense forces anywhere in the world, including Afghanistan, such as the Pakistani military type.
PM announced a 15 percent increase in salaries
The premier then announced a 15pc pay rise for FC and Rangers staff, acknowledging that inflation was growing in the country. But, he added, the rest of the world is seeing a “storm of inflation” right now, and even developed countries like the US and Britain, which had more resources than Pakistan, saw the highest inflation in years. “I see that the leaders are facing difficulties, and I assure you that we want to improve the economic situation so that we can increase people’s incomes.
