After the success of Parizaad and Sinf-e-Ahan, Yumna is finally returning to the TV screens this year.

Story:
The storyline of the drama is based on the life of a tomboy. However, a girl changes his identity and lives like a boy. However, the story is inspired by recent developments in gender preferences in the country. The concept of tomboy is not new. However, it is derived from various social practices around the world. But emphasizing such a concept through television is questionable regarding social values. This is why the series is facing strong backlash.
Writer & Director:
Nadia Akhter writes the drama story and has previously written dramas such as Malika-e-Aliya, Pul Ke Uss Paar, Meri Saheli Meri Humjoli, and more. Moreover, Shahid Shafat directed the drama. However, he has previously required hit dramas such as Amanat, Faryaad, Bikhray Moti, Dil Mom Ka Diya, and more.
