Kashmiris to observe a complete strike in Indian occupied Kashmir in view of the ‘Kashmir Martyrs’ Day. On July 13, 1931, around 22 Kashmiris were martyred by the soldiers of Dogra Maharaja for showing up outside the Central Jail in Srinagar on the side of Abdul Qadeer, who was charged for forcing individuals to disobey the Dogra Rule.
