The National Assembly was informed on Wednesday that Pakistan has been offering its pink salt to the global market for peanuts because of an absence of appropriate marking and advertising in Pakistan.

The government had presented its reaction on neglecting to create Pink salt as a brand during the session of the National Assembly.

Pakistan delivered 105000 metric huge amounts of salt during 2018 worth Rs1.98 billion. The NA was informed that Pakistan created 752,92 metric huge amounts of salt during the continuous year worth Rs 2.15 billion.

The administration presented its reaction after Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) MNA had asked the ministry of commerce to tell if Pakistan was selling its pink salt known as ‘pink diamond’ worldwide to different nations at a small amount of the cost. The ministry in its answer acknowledged that the theory was, indeed, genuine and the exchange was enduring because of absence of projection and showcasing of the item.

The Himalayan salt originates from salt mines in Pakistan. Its majority originates from the Khewra salt mine in Punjab. These salt mines produce more than 850,000 tons of rock salt every year. Pakistan has been offering its pink salt (Himalayan salt) to India and the neighboring country.

The pink salt is from ancient oceans and merits a smooth promoting effort. Not just that, the Khewra Salt Mine is a commendable vacation destination because of its verifiable connections.
