Honda Atlas Cars Limited plans to launch the all-new HR-V in Pakistan soon. The company displayed a digital banner at the Pakistan Auto Show (PAS) 2022 that read “HR-V All New 2022 Coming Soon” without an exact launch date.
HACL started testing the HR-V in Pakistan last month, creating excitement among car enthusiasts. The SUV was spotted wearing the same camouflage as the 11th generation Honda Civic test unit. Later, some updates revealed that HACL imported the SUV for testing purposes. Moreover, in early 2021, Honda presented the HR-V. In Japan, it is also known as the Honda Vezel to compete with crossovers like the Toyota C-HR, Corolla Cross, Mazda CX-5, Kia Sportage, Hyundai Tucson, and other similar crossovers.
DETAILS OF HONDA HR-V:
It has several powertrains in different markets, including a hybrid electric variant. The HR-V is equipped with advanced Honda Sensing equipment, which includes blind spot monitoring, adaptive cruise control, 360-degree camera, lane-keeping assistant, autonomous braking, traffic sign reading, lane departure warning, etc.
Other features include six airbags, parking sensors, smart infotainment, automatic climate control, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlights, hill start assist, hill descent control, electronic parking brake, etc.
PRICE OF HONDA HR-V:
The SUV has been listed as priced at Rs. 6.05 million on the import invoice, which seems reasonable. However, given the continued devaluation of the local currency and rising operating costs, the manufacturer is likely to launch at a significantly higher price.
