Pakistan Steel mills accelerate to restore the meet shortage of oxygen during the Third wave of coronavirus. On the federal government instructions, the technical team reaches Pakistan Steel mills to make ready the procedures.

CEO Statement regarding oxygen supply:

CEO of Pakistan Steel Mills, Shuja Hassan, holds the discussion. The objective is to look into every possibility to restore the non-functioning gas plant of oxygen. In this case, the CEO says:

“The PSM gas plant will be revived as soon as possible. Moreover, the machinery and important equipment which will be used to restore the oxygen are equipped successfully. To make the procedure faster, the technicians from Pakistan Army are arrived to supervise the whole mechanism of restoration.”

The production division and federal ministry set up the technical team consists of three members. The members include Shuja Hassan (CEO), K.B Ali (Board of engineering and development), and Saad Alam (operation director of the oxygen plant). According to the experts, about fifty thousand oxygen cylinders will draw out from the gas plant daily. The immediate availability of the spare parts will be the biggest hurdle.

The affected and cringe parts of the gas plant need to be replaced with powerful features to generate adequate oxygen to meet the country’s requirements.
