Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said, a fourteen day long Joint Exercise “AL-SAMSAAM VII” between the Royal Saudi Land Forces and Pakistan Army troops begin at Hafr Al-Batin in Saudi Arabia.

The Commander of Royal Saudi Land Forces, Northern Region, and Major General Saleh Bin Ahmed Al Zehrani was the central visitor on the event.

Joint Exercise ‘SAMSAAM VII’ will concentrate on counter terrorism tasks including barrier and search, battle watches and managing IEDs.

ISPR said, the training is a progression of continuous bilateral military activities between the Saudi Forces and Pakistan Army. It gives partaking troops a chance to standard their individual operational practices and plans just as gain from one another’s experiences.

Prior on January 13, the Pakistan-Bahrain joint military exercise ‘AL BADAR-IV 2020’ had finished in Pabbi, said Inter-Services Public Relations on Thursday.

The closing function of the joint military exercise had been held at National Counter Terrorism Center in Pabbi. Troops from Kingdom of Bahrain National Guard and Pakistan’s Special Service Group ‘SSG’ had taken an interest in the activity.

The two weeks in length practice had concentrated on counter-fear based oppression methods including line and search tasks, developed region freedom with battle aircraft’s support.
