The traders have declared the development of another alliance, Supreme Council of Traders, to open again markets from fifteenth day of Ramazan ‘May 9’ even so the continuous coronavirus lockdown across Sindh.

A gathering of businesspersons was held at the workplace of Karachi Electronics Dealers Association ‘KEDA’ to have conversations over various alternatives for continuing organizations in the city.

The recently shaped alliance reported to open again markets in the wake of setting agreement other than postponing a few expectations before the Sindh government.

During the meeting, the representatives of the brokers’ alliance made a telephonic discussion with the Sindh information minister Nasir Shah. The provincial minister guaranteed the traders for concluding the standard operating procedures ‘SOPs’ for opening again the business sectors.

The gathering was additionally gone to by a delegation of Muttahida Qaumi Movement Pakistan ‘MQM-P’ to show solidarity with the business network confronting challenges due to coronavirus lockdown.

Besides, Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan ‘MQM-P’ displayed help to the dealers’ interest for continuing business exercises in the city.

Conversing with a traders delegation that visited the gathering today, the MQM-P Convener Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui said that the traders ought to furnish them with the standard operating procedures ‘SOPs’ and get themselves get ready to continue their organizations.

Lockdown game is currently finished, he said including that the city presently needs to continue its business. He said that the recovery of trade exercises the city was important to run the national economy easily.

The trader’s head Atiq Mir said that they would now start their business without thinking about any guidelines. “We need to win cash to take care of our kids,” he said.

It is relevant to specify here that the Sindh government had declared to proceed with the lockdown measures during the month of Ramazan taking into account the rising number of coronavirus cases.
