The government said that strict coronavirus limitations are mandatory given the increase in COVID-19 deaths and the positive cases across Pakistan.

The National Command and Operations Center (NCOC) said that it has noticed wedding halls and indoor restaurant to be high benefactors to the increase of the coronavirus.

The NCOC has given a new warning to entrepreneurs, warning them to close down before or by 10pm.

The choice is intended to control the further increase of a previously rising number of coronavirus infection and relates to restaurants, wedding halls, business markets and shopping centers.

As per the warning, because of increase in coronavirus positive cases during most recent fourteen days, NCOC chose to give the new directives in regions with over 2% positivity.

PM Imran stated, the coronavirus death rate has expanded in the nation, adding that the positive cases had flooded to 2.5-2.75%.

The announcement said that in the event that wedding halls are discovered to be disrespecting upon the SOPs, at that point they will be closed at a given time and a heavy fine will likewise be charged. It further said that the closure of SOPs-challenging wedding halls will become effective fourteen days after the notification are served so individuals get much time to look for other venues.
