A significant piece of the young in Sindh can’t get itself employed in light of the fact that they don’t have those skills to compete in the employment market. The BBSYDP is a skills improvement program to create skillful youth and promote employment generation.
The Benazir Bhutto Shaheed Youth Development Program (BBSYDP) is a Government of Sindh training program for youthful jobless individuals.
It is a Government of Sindh activity that means to give chances for skill improvement to roughly 100,000 semi-proficient and educated jobless youth in Sindh for a time varying between 3 months to one year.
The jobless youth will be offered to different skill development opportunities and job situated certification courses to adjust to local and worldwide employment markets.
BBSYDP focuses around creating human resources in Sindh region by authorizing youth aged between 18-35 years with employable skill sets. It was started in 2008-09 by the administration of Sindh.
This will help contain poverty and improve the financial states of common residents. Also, the public and private sector business effectiveness will increment through a well-placed, advanced and skilled workforce.
