The Main Tajikistan Border Crossing of Afghanistan was captured by the Taliban:

“This morning, the Taliban attacked Sir Khan Port and the border of Tajikistan along with its check posts”, council member Khaliddin Hakimi said. Moreover, the army officers said that the army forces them to leave the check post due to the attack of the Taliban. Additionally, some of their soldiers crossed the border and entered Tajikistan.

Further, he told AFP that their Mujahidin are under the control of Shir Khan Bandar. Also, Amruddin Wali, who is another Provincial council member, says that their officials lost control of that area.

General Ajmal Shinwari, the spokesman of security forces said that the central command is in control and all the army forces have come to action against the enemy. Taliban forces will soon see the advancement all over the nation.
