Interpol – Thousands of Fake Online Pharmacies have been sealed worldwide:

On 8th June, several fake online pharmacies were sealed by the international police. In this regard, Interpol stated, “police shut down about 113,000 websites and marketplaces of about 92 countries worldwide”. The reason is that many people are selling false and fake medicines by generating their fake online pharmacies.

Furthermore, people are selling fake Covid-19 vaccines as well as face masks on their websites. However, the international police sealed these Fraud agencies and arrested people from several countries including Paris and France.

Many Criminals Took Advantage of the Covid-19 Pandemic:

As the Coronavirus outbreak forces people to stay at their homes. This situation leads them to shop all of their stuff while staying at their homes which means to shop online. However, the criminals, as well as fraudulent agencies, took huge benefit from this pandemic. 

These people made huge benefits by selling false and fake medicines to the people. Moreover, they also sell a huge amount of Covid-19 vaccines. Furthermore, they misguided people about their fake online pharmacies by targeting new customers.

Additionally, the online websites imported Fake Covid-19 vaccination kits in bulk from these fake online Pharmacies. In fact, these kits are half of all other medical devices. Further, Italian Police find more than 500,000 fake surgical face masks and about 35 machines that manufacture and pack these fake masks.

However, the International police have taken about 227 people into their custody and restored the pharmaceutical products and medicine of about 23 million dollars.

While Stock Says that some people intentionally bought fake medicines but these fake websites tricked many people. They unknowingly put their lives at risk.

Conclusion:

According to the sources, these people import illegal and fake medicines with the shipments of clothes, jewelry, toys as well as food items. According to the rough estimate, these fraud websites imported and sold about nine million fake devices, and pharmaceutical products before Interpol started the investigation.
