Prime Minister Introduces Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen Scholarship for Students

On Thursday, Prime minister Imran Khan launches the Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen scholarship program in Islamabad for underprivileged students. The federal government provides scholarships to intermediate and undergraduates respectively. This Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen scholarship is applicable to Muslims and as well as non-Muslim respectively. Chief Minister, Usman Buzdaar says that an online setup is made so that the students can apply for scholarship from home.

Without education, no nation can grow!

Rehmat-Lil-Alameen Scholarship program announced by Prime Minister:

While speaking in this regard, Prime Minister says that the federal government intends to provide 5.5 million on annual basis. This program benefits about 70,000 underprivileged students throughout the country. Furthermore, Imran Khan says, “other than the federal government, the provincial government of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtun khan also gives scholarships separately to the students.

Moreover, Prime Minister Imran Khan pays much attention to following Madina’s Principal and promote education. While addressing the media, he says, no state can progress without education as education brings prosperity to the nation. He further says that he wants to make Pakistan a great nation. This happens only when the youth put forward their visions. The major objection to starting this Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen program is to make the youth aware of the Sunnah of Hazrat Muhammad Mustafa (S.A.W.W).

Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen Scholarship Program – Closing Thoughts

After a very effective and positive outcome of the Ehsaas program (koi bhooka na soye), several similar programs are initiating to help out the poor society. The government also put their efforts to eliminate poverty from the country by providing health and medical security to the needy.

Additionally, Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood also addresses the occasion. He says that this Rehmatul-Lil-Alameen Scholarship is a nationwide procedure. This program entertains about 150 universities throughout the country. The prime minister takes great initiative.  Furthermore, female students secure 50% of the scholarships while 2% are disabled students. Shafqat Mehmood is confident that this initiative brings about positive change in the county’s progress.
