Turkish delegation in Islamabad:

In Islamabad, on Thursday 2021, the Turkish delegation having a squad of famous Turkish play Ertugrul led by Kemal Tekden met the Prime Minister Imran Khan. The Information Minister Shibli Faraz and Kashmir Committee Chairman Shehryar Afridi also participated in the meeting.

Displeasure among Pakistanis:

While the meeting of the PM Imran Khan and the Ertugrul Team was successful in Islamabad. The Hazara protesters continued their protest for 6 consecutive days in Quetta, awaiting PM Imran khan to visit them personally.

After 11 brutal killings of innocent coal miners in Balochistan’s Machh area, the Hazara community has been waiting for the Prime Minister to visit them and help them to bring justice.

PM Imran Khan promised to visit:

PM Imran Khan promised to visit the protesters in Quetta on Wednesday, but he didn’t specify the date.

Then on Friday, January 8, 2021, PM Imran Khan in the speech at the launching ceremony in Islamabad said that he will visit them only after the burial of the bodies of the victims.

Other Political parties visiting Quetta:

Other Political parties including Maryam Nawaz, Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, and many others have visited the families of killed coal miners in Quetta on Thursday 2021.

Federal Minister, Zulfi Bukhari:

On Thursday, the Federal Minister Zulfi Bukhari visited Quetta. His video clip having a conversation with the Hazara protesters went viral, which received much criticism. PTI government has the second time come under fire for improper handling of such situations.

In his defense, Zulfi Bukhari tweeted about the video clip saying that the video did not show the conversation with the victim’s families. He further said that neither the video clip showed full conversation nor the people showed in the clip were the families of the victims.
