Islamabad Conference:

On Thursday 2021, in Islamabad, Prime Minister Imran Khan congratulated the Ministry of Commerce (MoC) and exporters of the country. They were congratulated because of the record growth in exports achieved last year, mainly in November and December 2020. Bangladesh and also India have negative growth as compared to Pakistan in the year 2020.

Prime Minister also mentioned this in his tweet saying that “I have received the regional export trends and this shows that, compared to our exports, the exports of India and Bangladesh for Nov/Dec 2020 showed negative growth. I wish once again to congratulate the exporters and the Ministry of Commerce for this achievement.”

18 percent growth in December 2020:

On 1st January 2021, Prime Minister Imran Khan, in another tweet have complimented the Pakistani Exporters. The recorded exports in December 2020 have shown 18 percent of growth as compared to the previous year. This export percentage is more than India and Bangladesh trade.

PM Imran Khan tweeted: “Well-done and keep up this trend.”

Major Pillar of Economic growth:

According to PM Imran Khan, export enhancement is a major pillar of the government’s economic policy. To promote export culture further, full support will be provided.

PM Imran says that the country is moving in the right direction. All the policies aim to bring people out of poverty through the creation of wealth. Pakistan is showing positive results having more trade than Bangladesh and India.

Launching ceremony of Vehicles

speaking at the launching ceremony of new vehicles being introduced in Pakistan,

PM Imran said the government focuses on increasing the exports of vehicles in Pakistan by encouraging the business community and industrial sector of the country.

According to PM, all the wealth created through exports will help the country to uplift the living standard of ordinary people in Pakistan.
