According to the National Command and Operation Centre NCOC, has to prohibit both indoor and outdoor weddings over the country due to the rise of coronavirus cases. From 5th April, the new restrictions will be forced all over the Ramzan. The Federal Planning Minister Asad Umar on Sunday
During the meeting the NCOC members met under Federal Minister for Planning and Development Asad Umar and discussed the COVID-19 situation. “Provinces will be free to implement restrictions early in time as per the situation on the ground,” the NCOC statement.
He mentions that a decision to secure restrictions has been related because of the rising cases of critical covid 19 patients at hospitals in Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Islamabad.
On 7th April, the meeting will again review the situation and decide on schools, inner cities, traveling, and lockdowns. Asad Umar declared that the Covid-19 vaccine registration for Pakistani aged above 50 years would start on 30th March.

CM Firdous Ashiq Awan Special Assistant to Punjab identify that “Punjab has decided that anyone seen not wearing a mask in public will be fined and sent to jail for up to six months,” She said that NCOC had spotlighted the Covid-19 SOP’s violations at shops and markets in the region. “In Ramazan, it will get more difficult to ensure the implementation of precautionary measures.”
There is the announcement by Chief Minister Usman Buzdar that the new protocols and restrictions for markets discuss in the meeting on Monday. “One of the most important things we are doing is reducing 50% seat occupancy in inter-city travel,” the special assistant revealed. “We are looking forward to transporting associations helping us with this.”
The situation In Lahore, coronavirus positivity rates reached 23% on Sunday. The district administration has suggested a total lockdown in the city.
