NADRA has introduced the ‘Pak ID Mobile App’ to facilitate people in processing their applications for identity cards and documents. However, Citizens can now apply for CNICs and Family Registration Certificates without visiting NADRA offices and avoiding long queues. Applicants will get their IDs delivered to their doorstep after using the app.

National Database Registration Organization (NADRA) has released Pak ID Mobile App to serve its citizens better. Now, citizens can easily apply for ID cards and other documents from their homes. This application makes it easy to use for a national card. A modern mobile application that allows people to access and apply from anywhere in the country is another initiative NADRA has taken to help its consumers.
ID Technology:
NADRA Chairman Tariq Malik urged people that Pakistan is the first country to adopt “ID technology” thanks to NADRA’s mobile app. In addition, the beta version of the future Pak-ID mobile application is already in use. However, Citizens can get their IDs delivered to their doorstep once they complete the application process through this app while sitting at home. According to Tariq Malik, the mobile app has a document identification system and a biometric authentication facility. Moreover, the mobile application will enable citizens to upload required documents. He continued: “In the online application, fingerprints, photographs, and digital signatures can be added. The initiative will therefore play a key role in helping Pakistan achieve its digital goals. The opportunity is available to citizens who download it from the Google Play store for Android users.
