What is Keto Diet ?

Keto Diet is a diet plan that mainly focuses on increasing uptake of healthy fats and adequate amounts of proteins and few carbohydrates.

This type of diet’s primary goal is to get calories from fats rather than carbs, its works by depleting the body’s sugar reserves. In this process, individual molecules are produced called Ketones, which are then used as fuel for the body. In short, Fat is a burn which eventually leads to weight loss.

Types of Keto Diet:

There are many different types of Keto diet, but mainly two types are followed, which are

Acne can be caused due to several reasons, but mainly it caused due to the wrong diet or increase blood sugar in the body. A 2012 study stated that in a ketogenic diet, carbohydrates are reduced, which showed improvement in people’s acne problems.
