The Chief Justice of the Islamabad High Court given a written command looking appointment of legal representative for Indian spy Kulbhushan Jhadav, in which the court instructed the Indian government to choose Kulbhushan Yadav’s lawyer till the following hearing.

The Attorney General told the court that the legislature of Pakistan had directed India and Kulbhushan Jhadav of the commands of the Islamabad High Court on August 6, 2020, however the federal government had not yet gotten any reaction from India.

He further said that even Kulbhushan Jhadav didn’t alter his decision not to select a legal representative which caused it to appear to be that India needed to shame Pakistan.

The Attorney General said that India additionally didn’t have any desire to take benefit of the facility gave to Kulbhushan Jhadav to legal help.

During the hearing, he said that India was running from the choice of the International Court of Justice and that is the reason a month had passed yet no reaction was given.

Khalid Javed said that India didn’t react to the proposal to appoint Kulbhushan as a lawyer under an ordinance. Pakistan gave Consular access for the third time yet Kulbhushan Jhadav rejected.

He further said that India has no interest for battling the case but the administration of Pakistan still needs India or Kulbhushan Jhadav to select a legal representative himself.
