Government of Sindh will permit a 50% presence in educational institutes because of the ongoing coronavirus pandemic.

On Sunday, Saeed Ghani Sindh Educational Minister speaking to the media that as per the decision by the provincial government, the schools will permit 50% appearance due to coronavirus pandemic

we cannot carry on regular classes.

The minister of education highlights the importance of following the COVID-19 standard operating procedures SOPs, and He added that children going to school would need to keep social distancing in the classroom.

“How will children maintain social distancing if we allow 100 % attendance?” Ghani questioned, “Once the pandemic ends, all children will be allowed to go to school.”

He also stated that the conclusion declares by Federal Education Minister Shafqat Mehmood concerning the restart of the 5-day regular classes from 1st March Monday is confusing the students.

The briefing was made by Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood last week on Tuesday. His tweet stated that all schools in Pakistan would act regular 5-day classes from 1st March on Monday.

“Important announcement. All schools will go back to regular five-day classes from Monday, 1st March. Restrictions imposed in some major cities on schools to conduct staggered classes was only till 28th February,”

Federal Minister for Education Shafqat Mahmood tweeted:

Saeed Ghani added, “The committee also decided to reopen schools,”

The Sindh Education Minister notified the nation that meantime Covid-19 have decreased in the province, the pandemic has not ended yet.

In the recent press conference, Saeed Ghani defines the provincial government’s enrollment and displacement goal in the education division.

He says that the teachers who manage the government standard will be hired on merit later they appear for a test, a union council degree, and a meeting.
