Finally, Gandhara Nissan Ltd. has announced the launch date for the Chery Tiggo Series SUVs in Pakistan where, the company plans to unveil its vehicles on December 14, 2021. However, the event will be happening n Karachi, where the company will also give the audience a car demonstration. It is really good news for crossover SUV fans, as it will increase competition in this category. Pakistan has acquired several SUVs in recent years, and they are now the dominant force in the market.
The Completely Built Units (CBUs) for testing purposes:
Previously, Gandhara Nissan imported the CBU Tiggo 8 and Tiggo 4 for testing on local roads. Because of this, we believe the company will disclose these two vehicles. In addition, cars are expected to hit the market in the first quarter of 2022. this is a launch event, so we are not sure if the company will start booking on the same day.
CHERY TIGGO 8:
The Tiggo 8 is a seven-seater small to medium-sized SUV that competes with the Kia Sorento, Hyundai Santa Fe, Toyota Fortuner, MG RX8, and other mid-range SUVs. The Tiggo 8 is available with two engines in the international market. The first one is a 1.5 liter 4-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine with a power of 156 hp and a torque of 230 Nm. The other is a 1.6 liter 4-cylinder turbocharged gasoline with 197 horsepower and 290 Newton-meter torque.

In addition, vehicles handle functions such as anti-lock braking system, electronic stability system, and hill start assists.
