The government on Monday reported it was working at expanding the bed limit with respect to coronavirus patients in significant cities the nation over.

In a tweet, we have determined in the NCOC meeting toward the beginning of today that the government will guarantee increment of 1,000 beds with oxygen flexibly capacity in the significant cities of the nation in the period of June.

A day sooner, the National Command and Operation Center declared it had issued and given 250 extra ventilators through the National Disaster Management Authority to beat difficulties in serious consideration.

As per the information accessible, out of these, 72 ventilators were given to Punjab, 52 each to Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 20 to Balochistan and 10 each to Azad Jammu and Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan and 34 to Islamabad Capital Territory.
