Covid-19 Positivity Rate is under 2% for the Second Time in Pakistan

Islamabad – Covid-19 positivity rate is below 2% in Pakistan:

For the 2nd time, the Covid-19 positivity rate of Pakistan is less than 2%. Presently, according to the latest reports, it stands at 1.99%. According to National Command and operation center (NCOC), the covid-19 positivity rate of Pakistan was 1.69%, four days back.

As a matter of fact, the Statistics of NCOC show that thirty-six people lost their lives due to this virus in the last twenty-four hours. Moreover, about 935 new cases were registered. Talking about the tests, almost 46,842 tests of Covid-19 were conducted throughout the country in the last 24 hours.

People have recovered from Coronavirus so far:

Pakistan has controlled coronavirus so far. People are recovering and the death ratio is also down. Additionally, the total number of deaths across the country due to Covid-19 is 22,188. Also, the number of patients who are suffering from this virus is about 953,842. Whereas, the ratio of people who have fully recovered from Covid-19 stands at 898,944.

As a whole, Pakistan is getting free from the coronavirus. Many people have taken vaccines against this virus. As this vaccine is the protective shield against this deadly virus. Due to this action, the covid-19 positivity ratio has decreased so far. However, there are still some active cases of this virus. In this regard, the number of people who are still suffering from this virus is nearly 32,710.

Previously, Asad Umar, Federal Minister of Planning, notified the country about the fourth wave of coronavirus. He says that Pakistan might see the fourth wave of coronavirus in July.

Conclusion:

According to the Federal Minister, the coronavirus positivity ratio is down but it might rise again in July. That’s why he advises all the people to follow SOPs strictly and take vaccination against this virus so that we can overcome this virus and make Pakistan – A corona-free state.
