Pakistani actor Ahsan Khan, whose negative role in portraying a corrupt and abusive husband in the drama Qayamat became a nationally hit topic, has joined the National Commission on the Rights of the Child (NCRC) as their Goodwill Ambassador. To be a Kind Ambassador to the NCRC, Ahsan Khan will inform people about protecting children’s rights and take action against violations of their rights.
I am proud to be a part of this great NCRC beginning:
He will use his ability to raise awareness of the plight of vulnerable children in Pakistan and mobilize support for improving the lives of children, especially those most marginalized.
Sharing many photos with the group, He took to Instagram and wrote, “I am proud to be a part of this great NCRC beginning.
To create a protective society for children.
Protecting our children’s rights protects our future. Ignorance, cruelty, injustice, unfairness, and abuse damage the minds and hearts of children destined to take over our country as they grow older. It is gross negligence – and utter immorality – to leave the future in the hands of people whose souls have been corrupted by the denial of love, respect, protection, education, dignity, and justice. Rejecting children and their basic rights makes us bad Muslims, bad Pakistanis, and bad people.
We should protect the rights of our children:
We should shield the rights of our kids for the sake of humanity, not for the sake of our future. I stand with the ‘National Commission for the Rights of the Child’ as it works to ensure that every child in Pakistan is given the right to it. ”
Chairperson NCRC, Afshan Tehseen:
On the other hand, the Chairperson, NCRC, Afshan Tehseen, expressed confidence that the appointment of Ahsan Khan as a good NCRC ambassador will help promote dialogue and spread awareness of children’s rights in various sections of society.
You are a motivation and role model for many in Pakistan by highlighting children’s stories through media and art. You deserve special thanks for raising the issue of child abuse to know the community and make a difference in the lives of many.
